  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, place it in a pan with heated vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, and sauté.

Step 2

Peel, wash, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Sort the millet, rinse it, pour in 0.6 liters of water, add salt, bring to a boil, cover, and cook on low heat until ready.

Step 4

Stir in the butter.

Step 5

Mix the cooked porridge with the meat, add the grated carrot, and cook covered on low heat for 5 minutes.
