- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Millet - 10.6 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Fat - 2.5 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into half-rings.
Step 3
Wash and chop the dill, cilantro, and parsley.
Step 4
Wash the young garlic.
Step 5
Cut the feta cheese into large slices.
Step 6
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into portion-sized pieces of 30 grams, fry in melted fat, add the onion, carrots, pepper, salt, and a small portion of the herbs.
Step 7
Fry for 3 minutes, pour in 100 ml of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Then add the pre-washed millet, pour in 400 ml of water, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Place the cooked porridge on a small dish.
Step 10
Sprinkle with the remaining dill, cilantro, and parsley.
Step 11
Serve at the table. Serve the feta cheese and young garlic separately.
