- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
- Millet - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 1.8 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Ground clove - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Wash and chop the dill and parsley.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Step 5
Rinse the chicken breast, cut it into large cubes, sauté in melted butter, add the onion, almonds, carrot, cloves, pepper, salt, pour in a little broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the rinsed millet, walnuts, pour in the remaining broth, and cook the porridge until ready.
Step 7
Serve, garnished with dill and parsley.
