- Millet - 2 cups
- Veal Liver - 10.6 oz
- Celery salt - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Rinse the liver and boil it in salted water for 2 to 2.5 hours until cooked, then cool and pass through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, finely chop it, and lightly sauté in 50 grams of butter, add the liver, season with salt and pepper, and fry while stirring for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 3
Thoroughly rinse the millet.
Step 4
Bring 800 ml of water to a boil, add salt, pour in the millet, and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Step 5
Place the pot in a water bath and bring the porridge to readiness.
Step 6
Mix the finished porridge with the liver, sprinkle with chopped celery greens, and serve.
