- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz

Rinse the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water for 1 hour, then boil them in the same water.

Remove the boiled mushrooms with a slotted spoon, chop them finely, combine with the strained broth, add salt, bring to a boil, and stir in the rinsed millet.

Cook the porridge on low heat until thickened, then place it in a water bath to steam.
Step 4
Peel, wash, slice the onion into thin half-rings, and sauté in heated vegetable oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished porridge with fried onions and serve.
