Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into thin strips.

Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into rings.
Step 3
Wash the green onion and parsley, and chop finely.
Step 4
Thoroughly rinse the mussels under cold water, season with salt and pepper, and place in a deep skillet.

Add the onion, carrot, vegetable oil, and sauté until golden brown.
Step 6
Pour the broth over the millet and cook in a separate pot.
