- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Millet - 10.6 oz
- Prunes - 2.8 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Ground clove - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Wash and chop the dill and parsley.
Step 4
Wash the prunes and cut them into strips.
Step 5
Wash the meat, slice it, and fry in melted butter. Add the onion, prunes, carrots, cloves, pepper, salt, pour in a little water, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the pre-washed millet, 400 ml of water, and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the finished porridge in a mound on a plate, arrange pieces of meat around the edges, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 8
Serve at the table, garnished with dill and parsley.
