  • Pumpkin - 2 lbs
  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Millet - 5.3 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 3.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the pumpkin pulp (1 kg), cover it with hot water, and boil for 15–20 minutes. Then add a cup of hot milk and 150 g of millet, add a little salt, and cook while stirring until thickened.

Step 2

10 minutes before the end of cooking, add half a cup of raisins, 50 grams of butter, and sugar to taste.
