- Millet - 1 cup
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Cut the sausage into thin strips.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half-rings, then sauté in heated oil.
Step 3
Add the sausage to the pan with the onion and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the millet in several waters and pour boiling water over it.
Step 5
Bring 400 ml of water to a boil, add salt, stir in the millet, and cook, stirring, for about 20 minutes until thickened.
Step 6
Add the sausage and onion to the porridge, mix, cover the pot, and place it in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Season the finished porridge with melted butter.
Step 8
Serve with spicy tomato sauce, if desired.
