  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Asparagus - 7.1 oz
  • Pitted olives - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Dill - to taste
  • Cilantro - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash, peel, and cut the carrot and celery into thin strips.

Step 2

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 3

Wash, peel, and boil the asparagus in salted water, then chop finely.

Step 4

Sauté the onion, celery, and carrot in vegetable oil.

Step 5

Rinse the millet, pour in the vegetable broth, add salt, and cook until done.

Step 6

Then, add the prepared vegetables to the millet, mix, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill, parsley, and cilantro.

Step 7

Serve the porridge hot, garnished with olives.
