- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 4.6 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Millet - 7.1 oz
- Candied fruits - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - 12 fl oz
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar, and 0.5 tablespoons of butter, then add the rinsed millet and cook the porridge until thickened.
Step 3
Add the yolks, rinsed raisins, and candied fruits to the porridge, mix well, and then fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 4
Grease a pudding mold with the remaining butter, pour the prepared mixture into it, and place it in hot water so that the water reaches halfway up the mold.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 6
To prepare the sauce, wash the raspberries, pour in 240 ml of water, bring to a boil, strain, and pass through a sieve.
Step 7
Mix the raspberry puree with sugar (30 g) and heat it.
Step 8
Dissolve the potato starch in cold water and pour it into the berry mixture.
Step 9
Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 10
Unmold the pudding onto a plate and serve the sauce separately in a sauceboat.
