Ingredients
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 10.6 oz
- Potato - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Russian Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pass the egg yolks through a sieve into the salad.

Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours to allow the flavors to meld, then garnish as desired and serve.

Boil the potatoes and carrots unpeeled until tender.

Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 13 minutes, then cool them under running water.

Chop the onion into small cubes and blanch it with boiling water.

Remove the bones from the pink salmon and chop it finely.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and the carrots on a fine grater.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and grate the egg whites using a fine grater.

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.

Layer the salad on a serving dish, spreading mayonnaise between each layer, in the following order: potatoes, onions, fish, egg whites, carrots, cheese. There is no need to spread mayonnaise on the top layer.
