Ingredients
- Kefir - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ham - 10.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add baking soda to the kefir, mix, and let sit for 10 minutes, then add sugar and salt, and mix again. Gradually add enough flour to achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 2
Sort the onions, rinse, dry, and finely chop. Grate the boiled eggs (coarsely), wash the tomatoes, and cut them into small cubes. Cut the ham into cubes as well, mix everything together, and season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Spoon the dough onto a skillet with heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
