Description
Making pizza is much easier than it seems. You just need to learn how to make good dough.
Ingredients
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Potato - 1 piece
- Melted Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.3 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 12 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.3 piece
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 1.8 oz
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pickles - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the yeast into a glass, add warm water (not hot, warm!), add one tablespoon of sugar, stir, and let it sit for fifteen minutes. The yeast should start to foam.
Step 2
In a small pot, place a mound of 200 grams of flour and salt. Crack the egg into the flour, add the oil, and pour in the yeast. Knead the dough. At this stage, you will have a batter — a liquid dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour, covered with a towel.
Step 3
After an hour, the dough should have risen. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough to a firmer consistency.
Step 4
Divide the finished dough into four parts. This amount of dough will make four small pizzas.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Two pizzas will fit on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Roll out the dough into two mini-pizzas of completely arbitrary shapes, casually, in a homemade style.
Step 7
Spread tomato paste on the pizza base with a spoon and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Step 8
Layer the toppings thinly. For the first pizza: tomatoes, red onion, olives, chili pepper, cream cheese. For the second pizza: sausage, pickles, feta cheese, olives.
Step 9
Bake at 428°F for about fifteen minutes until golden edges form.
