Mini Pizzas with Ham

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
  • Yogurt powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Ham - 0.7 oz
  • Arugula - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the wheat flour into a bowl, add the coarse ground flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well, make a well in the center, and add 125 ml of water and yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Place on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, until it doubles in size.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 portions. Roll each portion into circles with a diameter of 15 cm. Place on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Mix the tomato paste, minced garlic, oregano, and 1 tablespoon of water. Spread the sauce over the dough, top with sliced ham and grated mozzarella. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges of the pizza are golden. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
