Ingredients
- Ground meat - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- White bread - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Quail Egg - 20 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add chopped onion and bread crumbs to the ground meat. It is better to use slightly stale bread, preferably from yesterday, so it is a bit dry. Otherwise, the patties will have a sour taste. Incorporate the chicken egg into the meat mixture, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything well.
Step 2
Boil the quail eggs and peel them. After that, rinse them under water to remove any shell remnants. Now we can start shaping the patties. Make 2 small discs from the meat mixture, placing a quail egg between them.
Step 3
Seal the halves together, shaping them into a round form. Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 392°F. Alternatively, you can simply fry them.
