- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 24.7 oz
- Beans - 14.1 oz
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Add salt.
Step 2
Then add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add chicken seasoning and whisk until smooth. The marinade is ready.

Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut it into pieces.
Step 5
Pound each piece with a special mallet, covering it with a plastic bag to avoid splatters.

Place the pounded schnitzels in the marinade and mix well. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.

Cut the crust off the bread and slice it into small strips.
Step 8
Coat the marinated schnitzels in the sliced bread.

Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Place the prepared schnitzels in the pan.

Fry on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Transfer the cooked schnitzels to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
