Description
Ministerial Veal Schnitzel
Ingredients
- Veal Shoulder - 21.2 oz
- White bread - 4.6 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Fat - 1.4 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread (50 g) in milk, then lightly squeeze it out. Pass the meat and bread through a meat grinder twice. Add one egg, melted butter, salt, pepper, and mix well (preferably by hand) until you have a uniform fluffy mass, shape into balls, and then into schnitzels.
Step 2
Cut the remaining stale bread into very thin slices, then into rectangular croutons measuring 2x2 cm and 1 cm wide.
Step 3
Coat the schnitzels: first roll them in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in heated fat on both sides and finish cooking on the edge of the stove or in a preheated oven.
Step 4
Serve on a plate with a vegetable garnish.
