- Fresh basil leaves - ½ cup
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 2
In a food processor, blend the walnuts, finely chopped garlic, mint, basil, feta, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. While blending, gradually add the olive oil.
