Mint Veal with Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
- Veal - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mint - 2 bunches
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- New Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Rosemary - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces or leave it whole. In a deep pot, tear the mint leaves and mix the fresh herbs with the soft cottage cheese. Add the meat to the mixture and let it marinate for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Place the marinated meat in a baking bag or foil and bake in the oven until cooked through. Five minutes before removing from the oven, pour a tablespoon of soy sauce over the meat.
Step 3
For the side dish, cut the potatoes into quarters. (It's better to use tubers no larger than a chicken egg). Fry until golden brown, then bake in the oven with rosemary and butter.
