Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce - ½ piece
- Arugula - 7.1 oz
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Dill - 1 stem
- Pear - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Bacon - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the lettuce leaves. Slice the mushrooms. Peel and slice the pear, then drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Whisk the walnut oil and olive oil with the vinegar and honey. Season to taste.
Step 3
Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a dry skillet. Add the mushrooms and walnuts. Sauté for 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Step 4
Arrange the lettuce leaves and pear slices on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Top with the mushrooms and bacon and serve.
