Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Beans - 7.1 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 oz
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, peel the onion.
Step 2
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Step 3
Chop the fillet randomly.
Step 4
Pass the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Add the chicken egg to the minced meat.
Step 6
Add salt to taste.
Step 7
Sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Step 8
Peel 4 cloves of garlic.
Step 9
Press the garlic and add it to the minced meat.

Place the bread in a deep bowl and pour in the milk.

Soak, mash, and add to the meat.
