Description
This salad can be enjoyed on its own. It is very tasty and healthy. It also pairs wonderfully with boiled potatoes. I’ve become addicted and can’t live without it. There are no strict measurements for all the ingredients in this salad; everything is done 'by eye.'
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Napa Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the Napa cabbage into medium or larger cubes, as you prefer. Add Adyghe salt to taste.
Step 2
Pour in a little soy sauce and vegetable oil.
