  • Poultry - 2 pieces
  • Cake crumbs - 5 oz
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 0 oz

  • Dried Apricots - 0 oz
  • Walnuts - 0 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Shallot - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Apple juice with pulp - 2 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the dried fruits and walnuts. Add 2 cups of apple juice and 4 handfuls of breadcrumbs. Mix well, then add the egg and cream. Stir again and add the chopped parsley, shallots, and garlic.

Step 2

Stuff the deboned chickens with the filling, securing the openings with toothpicks.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a while. Serve with apple sauce and candied garlic.
