Ingredients
- Tuna - 28.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Puree the parsley and garlic, adding lemon juice and paprika, using a blender while gradually pouring in the vegetable oil in a thin stream.
Step 2
Drizzle 2/3 of the prepared sauce over the steaks and, covering with plastic wrap, refrigerate for half an hour to marinate.
Step 3
Remove excess marinade from the fish, season with salt, and fry in a hot pan with oil for 4 minutes on one side and then another 2 minutes on the other side.
Step 4
When serving, drizzle the remaining sauce over the steaks and serve with a vegetable garnish.
