- Salt - to taste
- Broccoli - 1.8 oz
- Cauliflower - 1.8 oz
- Spinach - 0.4 oz
- Hemp oil - 0 fl oz
- Flaxseeds - 3.5 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the flax chips. To do this, combine the flax seeds with water and the chopped tomatoes and onion, adding salt. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in a dehydrator at 108°F for 6 hours.
Step 3
After 6 hours, remove the baking sheet and peel the finished chips off the parchment paper.
Step 4
Prepare the salad: place the broccoli and cauliflower florets, chopped tomatoes, julienned red onion, and spinach leaves in a bowl.
Step 5
Dress with flaxseed oil, add salt to taste, mix, and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with the prepared flax chips.
