Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 2.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.8 oz
- Cream - 2.8 oz
- Melted Cheese - 9.9 oz
- Goat cheese - 4.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Warm the water to room temperature.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
Step 3
Mix and sift the flour.
Step 4
Knead the dough, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 5
To prepare the filling, mix all the ingredients with a blender.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
Step 7
Place it in a baking dish.
Step 8
Spread the creamy filling over the dough.
Step 9
Add all types of cheese.
Step 10
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Bake at 356°F for 7–10 minutes.
Step 12
After baking, garnish with crumbs of Borodinsky bread shaped like a soccer ball.
