Ingredients
- Peanut Sprouts - 3.5 oz
- Broccoli - 3.5 oz
- Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Spinach - 1.1 oz
- Sorrel - 1.1 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 1.1 oz
- Courgette - 3.5 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds using a mandoline and a knife.
Step 3
Slice the broccoli florets thinly.
Step 4
Do the same with the cauliflower.
Step 5
Wash all the herbs and dry them.
Step 6
Place the herbs in a large bowl.
Step 7
Add the chopped vegetables and mung bean sprouts.
Step 8
Dress the salad with oil and lemon juice.
Step 9
Gently mix with clean hands to avoid crushing the herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
