Ingredients

  • Mung Beans - 5.3 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Cumin - to taste
  • Curry Powder - to taste
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste
  • Butter - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the mung beans and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Add a bit of curry powder to taste.

Step 2

Slice the carrot into rounds and the onion into half-rings. Sauté in a pan for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Add the mung beans to the carrots and onions. Add a little cumin seeds and chili sauce, along with a thin slice of butter.

Step 4

Simmer for another minute, garnish with herbs, and serve.
