  • Corn Flour for Polenta - 4 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - a pinch
  • Paprika - a pinch
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - a knife tip
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lime Juice - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix corn flour with salt, paprika, red pepper, and dried garlic.

Step 2

Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 3

Coat the scallops in the flour mixture.

Step 4

In a preheated skillet, add olive oil, then butter.

Step 5

Sear the scallops on each side for 1–1.5 minutes.

Step 6
