Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Courgette - 28.2 oz
- Carrot - 14.1 oz
- Green Butter - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 4 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar - 8 tablespoons
- Cervelat Sausage - 12 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the carrot and slice it thinly along with the zucchini.
Step 2
Clean the lettuce, wash it, shake off the excess water, and cut it into small pieces, while slicing the cervelat into thin strips.
Step 3
Arrange the lettuce leaves on 4 plates along with the mushrooms, zucchini, carrot, and sausage. For the dressing, mix the vinegar, salt, and olive oil.
Step 4
Crush the garlic and add it to the dressing along with the chopped chili peppers and green onion. Drizzle this dressing over the salad.
