Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 8 pieces
- Quail Egg - 8 pieces
- Green Butter - 14.1 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them thinly. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the mushrooms, and sauté for 7–8 minutes until cooked.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, and peel. Wash the tomatoes, onions, and greens. Cut the tomatoes and eggs in half. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Finely chop the green onions. In a salad bowl, combine the mushrooms, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, and eggs. Gently mix.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise and lemon juice. Dress the salad and serve.
