- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- White Sesame Seeds - 0.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sea Salt - 0.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the oyster mushrooms in vegetable oil, adding sea salt and pepper for about 1.5-2 minutes.
Step 2
Place the sautéed mushrooms on a plate.
Step 3
Dress the spinach with ponzu sauce and place it on top of the mushrooms.
