Ingredients
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cream - 1½ cups
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Grated Lemon Zest - 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sliced mushrooms, and sauté over medium heat for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic, cream, lemon zest, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
Step 3
Sauté everything while stirring for 1–2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the grated cheese and sauté for another couple of minutes over medium heat.
