Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the peeled and chopped potatoes to water and boil until it reaches a boil.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in butter.
Step 3
Add the chopped champignon mushrooms to the onion and fry until golden brown (maximum 5 minutes).
Step 4
Transfer the onion and mushrooms to a pot and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Blend until smooth using a blender.
Step 6
Pour in the sour cream and cook for 10 minutes.
