Mushroom Keto Pizza in a Skillet
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Marinated cherries - 2.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife, chop the onion coarsely, and slice the mushrooms thinly.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the crushed garlic.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and sauté over high heat.
Step 4
Once the bottom side of the mushrooms is browned, flip them over. Remove the garlic. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
After 3-4 minutes, remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and season with salt.
Step 6
Blend the turkey with the onion, add poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Grease the skillet with olive oil, spread the turkey mixture evenly on the bottom of the skillet to form the pizza base. Sauté over high heat.
Step 8
After 4-5 minutes, carefully flip the base using a plate. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 9
After 3-4 minutes, spread mayonnaise on the base.
Step 10
Add cream cheese and mixed ground peppers.
Step 11
Sprinkle the base with grated mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 12
Thinly slice the cherry tomatoes and season with salt. Remove the base from heat and transfer to a plate.
Step 13
Garnish the pizza with tomatoes and mushrooms, and sprinkle a little Parmesan on top.
