- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Chicken fillet - ½ kg

Step 1
In a bowl greased with vegetable oil, layer the mushrooms with the caps facing down, followed by chopped green onions, then diced chicken fillet, next finely chopped boiled eggs, and finally boiled potatoes, also diced. Spread mayonnaise over each layer. Let the salad sit for 2 hours.
Step 2
After 2 hours, we flip the bowl onto a flat plate, revealing the mushrooms like a little forest.
