- Onion - 3 heads
- Carrot - 2 pieces

- Basmati rice - 10.6 oz
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 1½ teaspoons
- Spices - 1½ teaspoons

Rinse the rice.

Finely chop the onion and sauté until soft.

Sauté until the released moisture evaporates.
