Mushroom Pizza with Chorizo
Ingredients
- Chorizo - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Monterey Jack Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 446°F. Place a baking sheet in to heat.
Step 2
Remove the casing from the chorizo.
Step 3
Heat a skillet well and add the chorizo. Sauté until browned, stirring, for about 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are browned.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a circle, about 25-30 cm.
Step 6
Grease the hot baking sheet with olive oil and carefully place the dough on it. Top with chorizo, then mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
