Ingredients
- Aspen mushrooms - 28.2 oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 7 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1 jar
- Onion - 1 head
- Cake crumbs - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and cut them along with the stems into thin pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, sauté until golden, add the mushrooms, pour in 2 tablespoons of water, and simmer together.
Step 3
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites.
Step 4
Mix the yolks with the sour cream, add the cooked mushrooms, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to taste, mix well, and combine with the beaten whites.
Step 5
Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the mixture into the mold, cover with a lid, and cook in a water bath for 3-4 hours.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream or melted butter and breadcrumbs.
