Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs - 12 pieces
- Ham - 5.6 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2½ tablespoons
- Parsley - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the ham into strips.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cut off the bottoms, and remove the yolks.
Step 3
Combine the yolks, pieces of egg white, 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, ham, and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, combine softened butter with mustard, add crushed garlic, season with salt, mix, and whip.
Step 5
Dress the resulting salad with the sauce.
Step 6
Place part of the salad on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 7
Stuff the eggs with the remaining salad.
Step 8
Place the eggs on the salad, making hats from halved tomatoes.
Step 9
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
