Mushroom Salad with Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Canned Truffles - 1 can
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Melted Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Pasilla Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half, place them on oiled parchment paper, and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Drain the brine from the mushrooms and add them to the mozzarella.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil with salt and lemon juice.
Step 4
Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them cool. Carefully peel them off the paper and add to the mushrooms and cheese, trying not to turn the salad into a mush.
Step 5
Garnish the salad with pink peppercorns.
