Ingredients
- Champignons - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms under cold water, pat them dry with a paper towel, and if necessary, clean them (remove the thin skin from the mushroom caps).
Step 2
Slice the cleaned mushrooms thinly.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms.
Step 4
Sauté until the mushroom juice has completely evaporated. Season with salt.
Step 5
Reduce the heat and sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, stirring to combine.
Step 6
Pour the cream into the skillet. Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens, but do not let it boil. If desired, the sauce can be blended for a smoother texture.
