  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Brandy - 2 fl oz
  • Corn Starch - 0.5 oz
  • Water - 1 fl oz
  • Cream - 4 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the finely chopped mushrooms in butter. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 2

Add brandy or white wine.

Step 3

Add cornstarch mixed with water and cream. Heat and serve with chicken breasts.
