Ingredients
- Champignon Mushrooms - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and cut them as desired, preferably into larger pieces.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté until translucent.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices. Then add salt and pour in the water. Simmer the mushrooms over medium heat until the water evaporates.
Step 4
When only a little water remains, add the garlic. Cook until the liquid evaporates completely, but be careful not to overcook so that the mushrooms remain juicy.
Step 5
Garnish with herbs.
