Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Step 2
In vegetable oil, lightly sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms, 50 ml of water, salt, and pepper, and simmer covered for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the potatoes to the mushrooms and simmer covered until cooked (about 20 minutes).
Step 4
Finely chop the herbs. Add sour cream to the mushrooms and potatoes. If necessary, add salt. Then add the herbs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
