- Fresh Mushrooms - 2 lbs
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Greens - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms, cut the onion into rings, fry in butter, and keep on low heat until the moisture evaporates from the mushrooms.
Step 2
Add the toasted flour, tomatoes (peeled and seeded), salt, and chopped dill and parsley. Keep on heat, covered, until the stew is cooked through.
Step 3
Serve the dish hot. The stew can also be made with vegetable oil and served cold.
