- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Pumpkin - 5 pieces
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Tarragon - to taste
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cut the tops off four pumpkins, remove the seeds, peel the remaining pumpkin, cut it into 2x2 cm cubes, sauté in butter, and season with salt. Add the mushrooms.
Step 3
Add the tarragon syrup to the mushrooms with pumpkin. Place the mixture into the small pumpkins, sprinkle with spices, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool slightly, and serve in the pumpkins.
