Description
Can be served with any side dish.
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Mushroom seasoning - 17 fl oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop and boil the mushrooms in salted water (boil the mushrooms for about 10–20 minutes after the water starts boiling). Do not discard the broth — it will be needed for the sauce later.
Step 2
In a skillet, add the onion and sauté it slightly. Add the boiled mushrooms and continue to sauté the mixture until golden brown.
Step 3
Sprinkle the sautéed mushrooms and onion with flour, mix everything, and sauté a little more.
Step 4
Add sour cream, mushroom broth, season with pepper and salt, and sprinkle with spices (I use a blend of Provencal herbs). Mix everything, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil.
