Ingredients
- Morels - 20 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 21.2 oz
- Feta cheese - 4.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 6 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- Cheese Spread - 4.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut off the stems with a knife, and place the caps on a baking sheet lined with foil, with the openings facing up.
Step 2
Finely chop the chicken breast, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the chicken for about 5 minutes until it turns white, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Chop the mushroom stems and add them to the chicken, cooking for another 5 minutes while stirring.
Step 4
Mix the sour cream with the flour, reduce the heat, pour the sour cream into the chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and simmer covered for another 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Step 5
Allow the mixture to cool, add the feta and chopped herbs, and mix well.
Step 6
Fill the mushroom caps with the filling (about 1 tablespoon each).
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle a pinch on each mushroom.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
